Terms of Use

1. What Senzu is

Senzu is an independent publication at senzulife.io (the "Site"). We document the peptide market: vendor listings, third-party laboratory records, observed prices, and published research. We do not sell, supply, broker, or ship peptides or any other physical product. We are not a pharmacy, a laboratory, a clinic, or a healthcare provider.

Paid access, when offered, is Senzu Pro — a reader-paid membership. Pro is not a report-only product. It is the existing bundle: the index already available to accounts, plus Pro inclusions described under Membership (Senzu Pro) below. A later report-focused page, if shown, sells that same membership unless a separate product is named here first.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. You must be 18 or older

The Site is not directed to children. You may not create an account unless you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

The blocking “I am 18 or older and I agree” control stores a version stamp in your browser. That acknowledgment is not health-data consent, marketing consent, or enrollment in any email product. See What these Terms are not below and the Privacy Policy.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to obtain, use, or administer any substance. See our Medical and Research Disclaimer. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any health decision.

4. What our vendor records mean — and do not mean

Our directory describes named listings, samples, and documents as we observed them on a stated date. A record is a statement about our dataset, not a certification of a vendor, a warranty of any vendor's current inventory, or an endorsement.

Specifically:

• "Source listed" means a third-party document naming that party exists in our dataset. It does not mean the vendor's current stock was tested.
• "No evidence listed" means our dataset contains no matching record. It is not an assertion that no such evidence exists.
• Prices are observations captured at a stated time and may be stale, regional, or superseded.
• A laboratory record describes a named sample on a stated date. Purity is not proof of sterility, low endotoxin, clinical safety, or current inventory quality.

The Site includes links to vendor storefronts and product pages. Those links are part of the product, including after a paid membership. They are not hidden, and they are not an instruction to buy. See Third-party links below.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Site's content by automated means without our written consent;
• resell, redistribute, or create a substitute product from our compiled data;
• misrepresent the Site's records as certification, approval, or safety clearance;
• attempt to access another member's account, or interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

You can delete your account from your account page (type DELETE to confirm). Deleting the account removes the local login and is specified to cascade the profile. It does not cancel a Stripe subscription by itself. Cancel billing in the Stripe customer portal first if you have paid access.

7. Membership (Senzu Pro)

Senzu Pro is an optional paid membership processed by Stripe in USD. Displayed amounts on the Site are currently $7.28 per month and $75 per year; Stripe is the source of the amount actually charged. Intervals are monthly or annual. Any tax shown at checkout is Stripe's calculation. We do not accept an amount or price identifier from the browser as the price.

Pro is the existing bundle, not a standalone research-brief SKU. Relative to a free account, the current pricing table includes price alerts, new-certificate alerts, vendor reports assembled from indexed records, and the research assistant. A profile-matched research email may also send when you have completed the optional research profile, you are an active consented subscriber, and approved matching blocks exist. That email is not a guaranteed send every week, and an empty profile is skipped.

Pro does not, as of this update, include:

• a general editorial brief that skips health personalization (that adapter is not shipped);
• the /intel/report page as a delivered report (it remains a placeholder);
• a Prescriber Sheet (named in older marketing; not implemented).

A public sample or /home preview, if present, does not enable checkout until that capability is separately turned on. Unavailable checkout means Subscriptions are not available from this preview yet — not a waiting list and not a completed purchase.

Cancellation. Manage cards, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal from the account page. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. A cancelled checkout charges nothing. A success URL or query string is not itself proof of payment; access follows the server entitlement mirror.

We do not state a refund schedule here; none is implemented in the application.

8. What these Terms are not

Accepting these Terms is not:

• consent to process a research profile, medications, conditions, or other health fields;
• enrollment in alerts, a weekly digest, or a general research-brief email;
• a claim that Senzu will notify you of every change, recall, or certificate.

Optional email products require their own enrollment. Quiz consent uses notice version 2026-08-quiz-v1. A general-brief notice 2026-09-general-brief-v1 is specified for a later product and is not stored today. Unsubscribed or suppressed recipients are not reactivated by buying, signing in, or revisiting a page.

9. Intellectual property

Senzu's original text, structure, compilation, and presentation are ours. Third-party datasets and documents remain the property of their owners and are used under the terms stated on our Data Sources page. To report claimed infringement, send the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) once a contact address is published under Contact below. No inbox is designated today; we will not invent one.

10. Research assistant

The assistant is a Pro inclusion. Questions and retrieved public-record context are sent to an inference provider. Answers are withheld when our guardrails flag them; we do not edit a flagged answer into a safer one. The assistant does not certify vendors, recommend purchases, or give medical advice. See the Privacy Policy for processors.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to vendor websites, product pages, laboratory verification pages, and other external sources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products, practices, or legality in your jurisdiction. Paid membership does not change that.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any record, price, or document is complete, current, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENZU AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Senzu harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Senzu each waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to the contact published under Contact below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. No such address is designated today.

This section is retained from the 1 August 2026 text. It is not a new choice of entity, forum, or provider invented for this update.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new Last updated date, and account holders will be asked to accept the updated version when the Site's agreement gate is next bumped. This 12 September 2026 update adds membership, consent, and processor facts; it does not rewrite the warranty, liability, indemnity, or dispute text from model memory.

A public support, privacy, or legal email has not been designated. No phone number, mailing address, or legal-entity name is published here. Until an operator-provided address appears on this page, there is no official inbox for notices under these Terms.
